Service usage
By using Contextlab you agree not to misuse the platform, not to generate unlawful content, and to comply with our AI usage policy (see /legal/ai).
Accounts
You are responsible for the security of your account and any activity that happens under it, including BYOK credentials you store on the platform.
Plans & credits
We offer Free, paid (monthly/yearly), and Enterprise plans. AI credits can be topped up anytime from Orders. Consumed credits are non-refundable.
Billing
Paid plans are billed via Paddle (global) or Duitku (IDR). Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, effective the next billing cycle. Refunds follow the respective processor's policy.
Organizations (Enterprise)
Organization admins are responsible for seat management, member permissions, and Organization Brain content. Usage is subject to audit logs and any additional contract where applicable.
Content & ownership
You own the contexts and outputs you create. We require a limited license to process and display that content in order to operate the service.
AI providers (Managed / Custom / BYOK)
We route requests to LLM providers per your preference. For BYOK, you are subject to that provider's terms and responsible for its API costs.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app.
